40's pinup

Right me an Jade put this outfit together and were trying to create a 40's pinup feel with this one, so i used a backlight and a beauty dish with diffuser with the power turned down a bit high and to my right side (didn't meter)
I have attached both the out of cam with nothing but a slight crop and my edited version, am i going ott with the editing? just that Jade has really good skin and its very easy to over do her stuff.....opinions please

Edited version is much better. I'm no lighting guy, but here is MHO for what it's worth. The back light on her left arm seems a bit strong (making hair on arm really stand out), and the botom left of the image seems a bit too dark on the dress. Just done a quick edit

yeah it was very trial and error as it was my first go with a back light and i did wonder about the hairs on her arm but figured i would stuff it up with it being fiddly lol, thanks for the edit tho

Other than the good stuff, I feel the lighting is too modern perhaps?

I just saved this to have a play Chris and the image in PS looks a good half stop darker and the colour is better too? Is that forum gremlin back?

It's that different it pointless giving crit as the PS version looks so much better and does not need anything doing to it
