Hello from essex/herts

Hi I'm martin; I have decided I want to do Photography on a hobby level and am about to buy my first camera.

I have today searched many online forums and felt this place seemed best for me, I hope to learn lots here and offer up some of my pictures as I progress.

Welcome to the forum Martin and I am sure that you will get lots of good advice from people on here. We have all levelsof skill from complete beginners to skilled photographers, all of whom are happy to share their knowledge.
Please dont hold back.Im here to learn and to learn you have to listen to the mistakes you have made,so tell me!
