Hi Barbara and welcome. Looking forward to seeing some more of your photographs.
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to his country for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.'

Hiya Barbara
you live in a wonderful part of the country with breattaking scenery and its one of my favorite places to visit. I usually end up going there after I have been to jayne's for a shoot( I scoot across to the A1m and head up there) I usually stay round near lindersfarne near the bird of prey centre in Beele and I love to get around there in the motorhome. Occasionally when the back allows I have made it over the sand dunes with a view to taking one or two photos of the castle myself and have managed one or two.
welcome to the forum from me and who knows, one of these days, the person standing next to you at the chippy up there might be me!
