You missed one out Chris - film.
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to his country for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.'

Film speed was measured in DIN before ASA Kenny. :lol:

Before that it was Scheiner degrees and that's as far back as I go.

So far as I remember, 6 deg Scheiner was twice as fast as 3 deg.

There have been a number of other systems that never caught on including one by Weston who made a very accurate exposure meter.
