a couple of months ago someone was charging £900 for a nikon 50mm 1.8. I emailed them and told them you can buy a brand new 1.4 for a third of that money. they never got back to me and it was on for ages. Another thing about ebay that totally hisses me right off is people selling gear for over 300-400 quid and offering first class postage. I lost count on how many people I contacted to point out that nobody in their right mind would pay 200+ for an item and risk it being posted first class post with a 39 quid compensation value. If your gonna sell stuff dear on ebay at least have the brains to offer good postage!
