Lakefest 2012

New to the festival calender, Lakefest grew out of the Cider Festival at Tewkesbury. This is a 25 second exposure of the light scene:

Glossop

This is the colour version of the 'snake pass' shot of my Bonneville over looking Glossop and Manchester in the distance. My PP went OTT for this one, giving it an almost HDR look, I feel.

I bought the Bonnie in April 1984, with my first proper wages as an oilfield roustabout, aged 19. Riding it once more has brought back some wonderful memories, not least how good 4 star leaded petrol was for these bikes...

:lol: He was a bit like that, at first he refused, but then relented once he'd seen the bike I think. One fellow kept me too busy to set up a shot of the train approaching the station with the bike in the foreground. Maybe next time I'll plan a shoot, this was a spur of the moment do, after failing ...
