HI Jason

I dont know if its caused by compression or what, but the monos look very flat on here and the image of your bride( first one) looks very noisy and the top of her dress is lost in the bright light from the window. I know this is subjective based on a low res compressed image and maybe these things arent there in the original ones so please forgive me if they arent. The last two are great. I love the irony of the newspapers.
Please dont hold back.Im here to learn and to learn you have to listen to the mistakes you have made,so tell me!

Hi Kenny,

Your right, these are linked from my facebook page and the quality once uploaded to facebook seems to deteriorate quite badly, the originals are far better. the top of the dress is a little blown in the original but not as bad as is shown here.

Thought that may be the case Jason. I posted an image on FB called Phoenix flame and it looked terrible on there and had some friends commenting to me via messaging that the dress part had no detail though the hi res is a lovely looking image. I dont know what kind of compression they use but it really buggers images up. Glad I didnt offend.I just spoke as I find as you know I do and expect people to do the same for me.

Offend ??? Of course not, we are all here to learn and improve aren't we , I don't get the time to post on here very often with the studio and weddings etc etc, but when I do i appreciate the time people like yourself spare to comment and offer there input, it's what has helped me to improve over the last few years, I appreciate any feedback good or bad, if its something I can learn from and is constructive as yours most certainly is.

I have only about a dozen weddings under my belt and continuously strive to improve every time and provide the absolute best I can for my clients , I sell my self at the level i am at at the minute, i don't try to come across better than I am, i am perhaps overly critical of my work and push as hard as i can to improve and its mainly down to people like yourself that i am earning a living doing something I love and wake up each morning looking forward to work !!

For that I am thankful

Jay
