Looks a little dark on the 2nd shot, i thought you had some studio lights, we did use them when we came down!!!......

its the car parked outside the window Karl,its blocking the light lol...I'd have told them to move it before I took the photo!!!

even I can take xnap shots :)
oh and the top of the car you can see is my little MX
and no its not Tors Kenny, thats yet another young lady :)
It now allows me to shoot tethered and moving the sofa allows it easier for chatting to clients plus the window display actually makes it look like I do occasionally take pictures:)

Interesting you mentioned shooting tethered Andy...what set up have you got with the D700? presume its Mac and aperture?
its a subject Ive brought up in another thread.

you just set up the automated folder and it brings them in as soon as you shoot?
Simples..:)
dont use it really but nice to have the option especially on commercial shoots or paid model stuff

you dont happen to know if it has the same option on a windows PC do you????
Sorry to bother with the questions its just that id like to take the lappy to Uni with me and shoot tethered so i dont come home with crap photos and then bugger the degree up.
Might be picking your brains about some lighting ideas later on too if Im not being too much hassle?

I know!!! It was weird as alot of passer bys thought it was just a studio not that I ACTUALLY took photos......well 6 photos at least :)
