Making a splash....

Ola peeps

In conjuction with my new found hobby of trying to do fine art stuff I decided whilst it was horrible weather the other morning to have a go at something I tried before- splash photography. In true Heath Robinson stylie I messed about with making stands out of old compact disk cases balancing on the Sb900 with the SB 80 hovering in the wings but decided to use milk on a black background ...

Kenny's Pepper No1

Hiya all

if anyone is serious about the history of photography, they may have come across the name Edward Weston. he was famous for amongst other things, a series of fine art studies of peppers( always knew that uni degree study would come in handy lol)

One Dale to another

This was taken just on the upper out-skirts of Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales.

The lower part of the image is Fossdale and in the distance to the left is Cotterdale where there is a well known waterfall named, 'cotterforce'...

Newbury Horse show

I went there Because I got ask to take some pictures of the owners pony were my daugter keeps her's ( well I pay for the food muching thing!)

Any way I nornally don't do Mono stuff, but thought this leant its self to it ? Comments acepted as you never learn without being able to take them in :)
